Job Description
The UKG (Kronos) Senior Solutions Consultant – Timekeeping will provide subject matter expertise and have the hands-on abilities to work projects as an individual or with a team. The candidate will be involved with training, testing, and consulting the client staff remotely, while occasionally traveling to client sites during certain stages of the work projects.

Daily activities include:
- Participate in the full implementation lifecycle from discovery though design, build, test, user adoption, and go-live.
- Create excellent documentation including audit findings, business requirements and product design documents.
- Translate findings and product design documentation into properly configured applications.
- Actively participate in, and as needed, lead testing and quality assurance activities for the projects.
- Demonstrated ability to apply creative, innovative, analytical and critical thinking to strategies, practices and problem-resolution; ability to anticipate and address unforeseen issues; strong attention to detail.

Qualifications:
- Advanced Scheduler
- Timekeeping (Required)
- Absence Management
- Workforce Integration Manager
- Bachelor’s Degree in business or equivalent experience is preferred
- Minimum three years consulting or system administration experience required and must have required work authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Mobile and Device Management (configure InTouch/4500, preferred)
- Experience in healthcare is preferred.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) is needed for daily requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
