Temp - 3 months
Pompton Plains, NJ
Pay Range: $25-$28/hr
Must Haves:
  • HS Diploma/GED
  • 1 year exp. in HR in either a customer focused role or HR Discipline
  • Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills
  • Call Center Experience
  • HR Generalist Experience
Preferred: 
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field
Job Summary:

The Team Member Resources Specialist provides extraordinary customer experience to 18K+ company team members by serving as the tier one point of contact for inquiries regarding policies, processes, and programs across a broad range of HR topics, including but not limited to team members Leave of Absence, Tuition Reimbursement, Onboarding, Payroll, Retirement, Benefits and more.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide day-to  day support to team member and manager populations on a broad scope of HR and Benefit related inquiries.
  • Provide accurate, consistent, and timely responses regarding HR related questions and issues with the goal to resolve at the first initial call and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Resolve inquiries in alignment with established Service Level Agreements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues from varying ranges using knowledge of HR policies and procedures, HR systems, and internal HR business processes.
  • Consistently track cases using Cherwellor HR Helpdesk, Oracle. Ensure a complete record of history of the inquiry from initial request through resolution.
  • Provide support for the deployment and management of HR Programs including Leave of Absence, Open Enrollment, Benefit Administration, PTO Elections and Donations and other projects needed. Act as Team member Resource Center Subject Matter Expert for assigned discipline(s).
  • Act as internal TMR escalation point and ensure appropriate knowledge transfer to other TMR Specialists.
  • Escalate high level inquiries by engaging with and assisting the appropriate Centers of Excellence.
  • Collaborate with Centers of Excellence, Partner with other internal departments such as HRTECH, Payroll, Finance, IT, Security.
Skills:    
  • At least 1 year of experience in Human Resources in either a customer-focused role or HR discipline.
  •  Customer Service
  • HR Generalist experience
  • Ability to handle work in a fast pace environment
  • Call Center experience
  • Technical skills
Education:    
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources or related field or equivalent work experience preferred
