Recruiting Coordinator
Contract, at least 3 months potential for an extension
Mostly remote, onsite expectation at least 2 days a month
Hourly rate: $25-29/hr
Must have:
Bachelor's degree
1+ year's experience in Talent Acquisition (preferred) or HR
MS Teams
MS Outlook
Excel

One of Massachusetts top employers is getting into a busy hiring time. They are looking to hire a Recruiting Coordinator/TA Specialist to support up to 5 members of their Recruiting Team. This role will assist with scheduling interviews (onsite, virtual and phone) for various locations and departments. When needed this role will be responsible for handling travel arrangements for prospective candidates. As the hiring process progresses this position will be involved with drafting offer letters, initiating background checks and preparing hires for onboarding. This could include I-9 verification. And will be handling additional new hire paperwork for internal departments.
