- Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or relevant field
- 3+ years’ experience recruiting in a high volume environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Experience recruiting for tech positions and willing to recruit in this area
Job Description:
As part of the Human Resources team, the Talent Acquisition Manager will work with managers throughout the organization to recruit and fill all open requisitions. The incumbent will design, develop, and execute the recruiting strategy for key positions within the agency with a focus on the candidate experience.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying sources for candidates and job postings
- Develop relationships for pipeline sustainability
- Manage applicant tracking system data integrity
- Manage recruitment process for organization
- Counsel hiring managers through recruitment process
- Determine applicant qualifications through telephone screens of applicants, analyzing responses and comparing responses to job requirements
- Creating and maintaining spreadsheets detailing recruitment data including: open positions, time to fill, vacancy rates, and requisition status
- Assisting with the coordination of pre-hire assessments
- Maintains confidential information
- Communicates appropriate information to other departments in a timely and effective manner.
- Participating in other HR initiatives as needed
- Other similar duties, as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or relevant field
- 3+ years’ experience recruiting in a high volume environment
- Time management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Excellent Oral and written communication skills
- Supports diversity hiring initiatives
