We’re looking for an interim Sr. HR Generalist to support our Global Sales and Product Management organizations while also being responsible for all HR matters in the US.
This individual would participate in a small global HR team, but primarily be focused on leading the HR / People efforts for North America (about 50 employees).
Responsibilities include:
- Provide human resources consultation and support for executive team members located in the US, primarily responsible for Global Sales and Product Management
-Provide hands-on, operational support for all HR matters related to the North American subsidiary
-Act as both a trusted advisor and support person for all North American team members, managing all manners of employee relations issues/topics
-Manager the recruiting process for all North American open roles, including but not limited to; managing relationships with external agencies, scheduling interviews, providing and collecting feedback, extending offer letters, managing negotiations, etc.
- Utilize knowledge of various human resources functions to provide tactical support to line managers.
- Acts as liaison with the North American team and the global HR team.
We are looking for someone who:
- Works well in an environment that is generally independent and collaborative in nature.
- Typically requires 3-7 years of related HR experience
- Has worked in a fast paced, start-up like environment
