Location: REMOTE 
Duration: 4 Months 
Pay Rate: Up to $45/hour (DOE)  

Planet Interactive's well-known beauty client has a HOT need for a Senior Graphic Designer with experience concepting and executing on various marketing campaigns and programs across all channels. 

The Senior Graphic Designer will need to have a strong foundation in digital design tools and best practices. You will be focusing on creating a mix of digital assets and translating approved design concepts into digital executions like site assets, email banners, digital ads, and social media content. Some support of print materials and maintaining brand consistency across all platforms will be needed.

Senior Graphic Designer Responsibilities:
  • Translate approved design concepts into various digital executions. This involves taking a finalized design concept and transforming it into the specific format/template and technical requirements needed for each digital platform
  • Ensure design consistency across all digital platforms (including any occasional print work). Making sure all elements align with the established design guidelines.
  • Possess a strong understanding of design principles and best practices for digital applications. This includes knowledge of layout, user experience (UX), and visual hierarchy to create effective and user-friendly digital experiences. Should also be able to consider technical limitations and ensure their designs are feasible.
  • Bring creativity and strategic thinking to enhance concepts within defined parameters.
  • While working with approved concepts, have the ability to suggest improvements, refine details, and elevate the overall design execution within the established brand guidelines.
Senior Graphic Designer Qualifications: 
  • BA or BFA preferred in Graphic Design or Communication Design.
  • Strong digital designer with proficiency in relevant software (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, bonus points for Figma).
    • Fast learner with excellent time management and organization skills. 
    • Detail-oriented and meticulous, with the ability to cross-reference multiple documents accurately (like design specs and brand guidelines) to ensure consistent execution across all platforms.
    • Team player with the ability to work independently as needed, collaborate with art directors and other designers, but also be able to manage your own workload and projects.
