Service Manager
Hudson Falls or New Windsor, New York, USA

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Lead, manage, and hold accountable the service department technicians across all locations 
  • Ensure efficient planning and scheduling for all technicians
  • Manage workflows for all open and quoted work orders
  • Follow up on work progress and warranty claims
  • Monitor and ensure repair order quality
  • Monitor the correct use of the time clock
  • Monitor technician efficiency and productivity
  • Maintain and control special tools and technical information
  • Communicate and coordinate repair work with other departments and vendors
  • Monitor shop capacity and provide information to service advisors and shop foreman
