Pay Range: $34.00-$36.00/hr

Must Have: 
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, or Computer Information Systems or related fields or equivalent in education, training and/or experience
  • Minimum of 6 years or financial management, or data management, or systems support, or project management experience
  • Experience working with MS Excel at an advanced skills level
  • 1+ years recent  experience working with MS Power BI
Preferred:
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, coupled with experience with international protocols, non-profit organizations or academic institutions is highly desirable
  • Experience working with Smartsheet
Job Summary:

Under the direction of the Finance Project Manager, the Temporary Sr FSI Analyst will support a number of functions that are essential to ICAP Finance business processes and systems. She/he is expected to utilize strong computer/information systems technical competencies as well as analytical and interpersonal skills to help complete budgeting tool enhancement projects. She/he will also support routine ICAP Finance operations.

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:
  • Review and analyze operating budget process for data gathering and analysis improvement. Incorporate existing systems, tools, and processes to streamline consolidated operating budget process. Work with the Finance Project Manager and other colleagues to automate the consolidation/integration of budget data from various budget management tools. Tools are mostly MS Excel and Power BI based. (40%)
  • Provide guidance on ICAP procedures for web-based restricted party screening tool to users and assist with the management of restricted party screening records and reports. (30%)
  • Collect and process consolidated operating budget figures and information. Conduct variance analyses as assigned. (15%)
  • Provide project management support as needed. (10%)
  • Perform other duties as assigned. (5%)
EDUCATION:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, or Computer Information Systems or related fields or equivalent in education, training and/or experience
EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Minimum of 4 years or financial management, or data management, or systems support, or project management experience
  • Experience working with MS Excel at an advanced skills level
  • Experience working with MS Power BI
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proficient with financial management applications
  • Proficient with project management applications
EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Minimum of six (6) years or financial management, or data management, or systems support, or project management experience
  • Experience working with Smartsheet
  • Experience with data consolidation/integration automation
  • Knowledge of University accounting and financial systems
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, coupled with experience with international protocols, non-profit organizations or academic institutions is highly desirable
