This Role:
As a Senior Manager in EDI at you will assist and support the Director in
managing, planning, and guiding the daily activities of the EDI department. You’ll contribute to
our fast-paced, collaborative environment and will bring your expertise to ensure proper
handling and timely processing of EDI team functions.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent interpersonal communication,
and a desire to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
? Ensure appropriate training for new hires
? Analyze current workflow to make recommendations for process improvement
? Maintain audits and metrics of key performance indicators
? Manage staff workload and productivity
Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each Key Responsibility
satisfactorily. The following requirements are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or
ability required to perform this job successfully. Reasonable accommodation may be made to

Required:
? +5 years related experience with prior supervisory in a healthcare setting
? Prior management experience
? Proficiency with MS 365 including Teams, Word, Excel, and Outlook
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred:
? Knowledge of EDI operations
? Knowledge of Visio
