Senior Design Program Producer
Pay Rate: Up to $75/hr depending on experience

The ideal Senior Design Program Producer is a multi-faceted and innovative hybrid creative design producer, program manager and project manager that has an eye for great creative work, talent, and the ability to deliver and launch initiatives on time, on budget, and on strategy.
Senior Design Program Producer Responsibilities:
- Work with and set project schedules and manage calendars for highly specialized creative workers, including both internal creative teams, celebrity/IP talent and/or external partners.
- Work with design and illustration agencies and production houses to bring creative concepts and assets to life.
- Evaluate artists, illustrators, and vendors with a keen eye for quality and brand synergy.
- Create status sheets, budgets, project schedules, and distribution plans.
- Negotiate and manage project statements of work, estimates and related parameters.
- Manage and expand external vendor relationships (illustrators, photographers, design firms, production companies, etc.)
- Clearly communicate status updates to all parties involved.
- Run status meetings and present as needed.
- Raise a flag when issues arise and ensure solutions are being presented.
- Manage multiple work streams at once and prioritize based on timelines.
Senior Producer Skills:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 6-8+ years of experience as a Producer or Account Director at a design agency, integrated agency or in-house art production team.
- Experience running projects with multiple stakeholders, across internal, talent, and agencies.
- Specific production experience that includes bidding, estimating, and resourcing.
- Experience managing external creative teams, external agencies and production partners.
- Experience on digital productions.
- Proven industry experience working for a creative agency, and/or deep understanding of how agencies work.
