Pay Rate: Up to $65/hr depending on experience
Duration: ~ 6 Months and 40 hours a week
Location: 100% Remote (Prefer someone based in NYC or Seattle)

Senior Account Manager

Our well-known Technology company is looking for a Senior Account Manager to own the end to end strategic relationship with one of their top partners in their AR/VR vertical. This role will be for roughly 6 months and 40 hours a week.

Senior Account Manager Responsibilities:
  • Handle account management duties and end-to-end process for a key strategic partner.
  • Build relationships with the end client and manage communications.
  • Ensure that the deliverables are done on time and delivered against contractual terms
  • Create strategic account plans and lead the cross functional account team on value driving initiatives.
  • Resolve issues and escalations.
  • Provide executive level status updates on partner health, progress and issue escalations. As well as key client recaps.
  • Lead high-visibility executive meetings and presentations.
  • Organize key account findings and ensure projects are being prioritized.

Senior Account Manager Skills:
  • 7+ years' experience as a Strategic Account Manager within an agency, in-house marketing team, or Business Development and Sales.
  • Knowledge of the AR/VR industry and overall tech space.
  • Bachelors degree in computer sciences, marketing or other relevant field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, partner management and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work with various different business functions and quickly adapt to the workflow.
  • Strong sense of ownership, driving teams and delivering against tight deadlines.
  • Strong problem solving skills.
