  • Strong knowledge of HR service center processes and how ECSC (Employee Central Service Center) enables best practices
  • Ability to work collaboratively as a part of a team for integrated implementation of EC, RCM (Recruiting) & ONB (On-boarding) and connecting into existing SAP SF talent, compensation & learning environments where applicable.

Must Have Requirements:
  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Service Center implementation experience
  • Certified in SuccessFactors Employee Central Service Center
  • Construction industry experience highly desirable but not required
  • Excellent oral and written communications
