Job Title:
 Creative Resourcing Coordinator 
Contract: 12 month contract
Location: Culver City CA 
Hybrid: hybrid model opportunity - 3 days onsite

Must Haves:
  • 1-2 years relevant or transferable experience in a creative resource, recruiting or project management role within a creative or marketing organization.
  • You’ve utilized a project management system and have evangelized use of it with others (Airtable is ideal).
  • Knowledge of the creative process in  product, design and/or marketing.
  • Bachelors degree preferred 
Job Description: 
The Creative Resourcing Coordinator will support the Program Manager with the
responsibility of on-boarding and off-boarding freelancers and maintaining records.
The Creative Resourcing Coordinator should have strong project management skills, an understanding of the creative process, and impeccable communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • You will schedule quarterly staffing meetings with cross-functional partners to review creative resourcing plans and assist with note-taking to help drive post-action items
  • You will play an integral role in the screening + sourcing process; schedule screens with referral candidates, gather feedback loops, track role status, and liaise with our MSP leads and internal partners
  • Ad-hoc scheduling support as needed
  • You will own oversight for our extensions process; track engagement details + update internal tools, and act as liaison with our internal partners + MSP
  • You will help ensure the successful on-boarding / off-boarding of all contingent workers. This includes supporting email communications, tracking equipment shipments, filing start/departure tickets, etc
  • You will troubleshoot and provide guidance to candidates as needed to ensure an efficient and positive candidate experience
  • You will assist in the creation of staffing reports
  • You will utilize our internal sourcing tool to assist with candidate tracking/sharing, screens, feedback, status, etc.
  • You will participate in weekly meetings with our MSP
  • You will support the team with ad-hoc projects related to the Creative Resourcing Program
