Job Description

Job Spec:
  • Develop and execute recruiting strategies to support the hiring needs of the organization
  • Source and screen candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and employee referrals
  • Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit
  • Facilitate the interview process by coordinating interviews with hiring managers and providing feedback to candidates
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to create job descriptions and manage job postings on various recruitment platforms
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate tracking in the applicant tracking system
  • Prepare offer letters and manage the offer process in collaboration with HR and hiring managers
  • Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment partners, such as staffing agencies and job boards
  • Participate in projects and initiatives related to talent acquisition and recruitment as needed
Required Skills:
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong relationship building and networking skills
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
  • Experience in Sales Recruiting is highly preferred. 
  • Experience in Recruiting for Technicians is a bonus.
  • Experience recruiting for a variety of roles, including technical positions
  • Proven track record of sourcing and attracting top talent
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Ability to build strong relationships and effectively communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
