Our client is a law firm and they are looking for a strong PeopleSoft HR Functional Lead. This role will be replacing someone that was running the HR IT as well as the HR Opps. They are on PSFT 9.2. This person must be mature, have longevity in PeopleSoft (at least 10 years) and have leadership skills. This person must know understand the HR process and know PSFT Configuration. Able to navigate multiple processes. Since this is a law firm, legal or business services experience is key. They currently use ADP for payroll so being familiar with that system is as well key.
They do not want to see any PSFT Developer or Admins.
