Pay Rate: $26.44/hr

Overview:

Responsibilties/Duties:
  1. Maintains and ensures the integrity and confidentiality of all employee files and HRIS records including employee information, reporting relationships, position codes, salary data, etc. by maintaining consistent treatment of department controls and procedures.
  2. Answers questions and assists with Payroll issue resolution for all employees.
  3. Weekly and bi-weekly payroll processing, which includes all adjustment entries into eTime and payroll
  4. Cross-train and serve as backup to others in the department as necessary.
  5. Ensure on-going compliance with internal and external controls as put forth by management.
  6. Use of Case Management system for issue/question resolution tracking
  7. Process information requests from varying government agencies.
  8. Assist in training others in specialized areas.
  9. Follow all SOPs to ensure ongoing internal control compliance
  10. Work closely with data entry and Payroll Tax to ensure accuracy of payroll calculations and compliance with Federal and State laws as well as Ethics Policy.

Experience:
  • Previous payroll system required
  • ADP's Globalview system and eTime system is a strong plus
  • Proficient in Excel
