Job Description


Required to have 4 year degree in lieu of degree, 7+ years relevant project management/operations management required.
  • Day-to-day oversight of the third party security guard services, primarily at the Security Operations Center
  • Collects and summarizes performance data, identifies opportunities for improvement, and presents to Corporate Security team
  • Assist with updating, maintaining, and enforcing Corporate Security policies and procedures related to monitoring (alarm directives, alarm response, etc.)
  • Advanced program management & status reporting skills
  • Responsible for guard post orders across footprint, rules and regulations, and company policy compliance
  • Requires ability to travel to all locations with third party security guard services; may include overnight stays
  • Ensures contractor performance standards are met
  • Report audit outcomes, quality & service performance results to Corporate Security management
  • Ensure proper time & rates are charged appropriately by third party guard service company
  • Lead training of security guard personnel, including internal onboarding tasks
  • Responsible for creating and maintaining accurate records in the contractor information management system software
  • Identify training needs for security guard personnel
  • Reports issues with security guard personnel to Corporate Security team
  • Audit security incident intake including accurate and adequate entries in the incident management system, and correct logic used when launching security alerts
  • Other related duties as assigned
  • Supervisory / project management experience required
