Senior NetSuite Business Analyst and Administrator
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior NetSuite Business Analyst and Administrator to manage the NetSuite and Warehouse Management System (WMS) implementations within our organization. The successful candidate will play a critical role in overseeing the end-to-end implementation process, ensuring seamless integration between NetSuite and our WMS, and subsequently, assume the role of the product owner. As a product owner, you will be responsible for optimizing and enhancing the functionality of our NetSuite and WMS systems to meet the evolving needs of our business. This position is in Tennessee and will be a Hybrid role, with 2-3 days a week in office required.

Key Responsibilities:
NetSuite and WMS Implementation:
  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of NetSuite and WMS, including gathering business requirements, designing solutions, configuring the systems, and overseeing testing and deployment phases.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration between NetSuite and the WMS, enabling efficient data flow and process automation.
  • Customize NetSuite and WMS configurations to align with the organization's unique processes and requirements.

System Administration:
  • Serve as the primary system administrator for NetSuite and WMS, managing user access, roles, and permissions.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement necessary fixes and enhancements.
  • Stay current with NetSuite and WMS updates and best practices, ensuring our systems are always up-to-date and optimized.

Product Ownership:
  • Act as the product owner for NetSuite and WMS, representing the business stakeholders and ensuring that the systems meet their needs and expectations.
  • Gather feedback from users and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and new feature development.
  • Prioritize and manage the product backlog, working closely with development teams to implement enhancements.

Training and Support:
  • Develop and conduct training sessions for end-users, ensuring they are proficient in using NetSuite and WMS functionalities.
  • Provide ongoing support to users, addressing queries, issues, and system-related concerns promptly and effectively.

Data Management and Reporting:
  • Oversee data migration and cleansing activities to ensure accurate and reliable data within NetSuite and WMS.
  • Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards to enable data-driven decision-making processes within the organization.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • NetSuite Implementation experience.
  • Strong understanding of Warehouse Management Systems and their integration with ERP systems.
  • NetSuite Administrator Certification is highly desirable.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
