National Advertising Digital Specialist

Location: Manhattan, NY (Hybrid on-site - 3 days on-site)
Salary: $90,000 - $120,000

We are looking for someone, with 5+ years of experience, specifically in media and media planning, with a strong emphasis on digitalThey should understand how the media marketplace works and understand trends in the media landscape. They must understand customer engagement in digital media and social media and how they drive one another. This role requires an analytical mind as they will be responsible for gathering and analyzing relevant data in response to our multiple digital advertising activities. This person will monitor and evaluate the impact and success of our advertising partnerships and be able to thoughtfully interpret this information to create and deliver presentations. They should be familiar with Sizmek and be very well-versed in Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Power BI would also be helpful in this role.

  • Ensures that all tasks, responsibilities special assignments and projects for the National Advertising and Partnership teams are completed to standards of excellence.
  • Ensures that strategic and quantitative goals are met through the evaluation of campaign reporting related to all media and partnership activities
  • Through close collaboration and attentive oversight, ensures that Agency and vendor partners deliver established deliverables in support of strategies and goals.
  • Through evaluation of data and the delivery of monthly, bi-annual and annual reporting, provides thought leadership to Advertising and Strategic Partnership colleagues in service to optimizing activities’ effectiveness.
  • Ensures the integrity of internal dashboards.
  • Through technical reviews of functionalities as well as through digital reporting analysis, ensures that all digital and partnership media plans are running smoothly and meet standard of excellence.
  • Ensures the integrity of agency, vendor and strategic partners’ digital platforms in support of client.
  • Ensures the health and productivity of on-going partnerships through relationship building.
  • Ensures all media plans and copy rotations are flawlessly entered into internal media planning tool (MPT).

  • Strong written and oral communications skills
  • Strong computer skills including Excel and Powerpoint
  • Relevant computer skills – Microsoft outlook
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Strong time management skills
  • Analytics and database fluency
  • Ability to manage multiple projects effectively
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Analytical and creative thinker who is comfortable working with ambiguity and is genuinely passionate about data and analytics.
  • Strong analytic thought process and ability to interpret findings.
  • Demonstrate ability to work collaboratively
  • Experience with ad servers such as Sismek is preferred
  • Experience with social platform advertising and promotion as well as metrics is preferred
  • Digital reporting knowledge and fluency across common KPIs (CTR, VCR etc)
  • Ability to solve problems and be creative

  • BA degree
  • 5+ years’ experience working in media and media planning with strong digital background
