Marketing Manager

Location: San Francisco, Remote or Hybrid
Pay Rate: up to $47/hour (Depending on experience)


As a Marketing Manager, Client-Led you will support the development of strategic creative briefs and 360 communications plans, while leading the execution of the client experience, omnichannel fulfillment, promotion, and personalization efforts.  You will be a key member of the team responsible for driving customer engagement and sales through multiple marketing communications and client experiences.  

In addition, you will:  

  • Support content creation for omni-channel fulfillment journeys, promotional campaigns, and CRM campaigns 

  • Support & facilitate content creation for scrum testing team  

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns from brief to launch to ensure a seamless experience 

  • Execute creative development of promotional campaigns, delivering feedback grounded in strategy and ensuring seamless execution 

  • Partner with digital marketing vehicle leads to support holistic marketing plans that will meet sales goals 

  • Partner closely with project management and production teams to ensure all campaigns are executed on-time  

  • Support the facilitation of briefings for creative teams, delivering creative feedback grounded in strategy and ensuring flawless execution across all content for each campaign 

  • Develop and maintain productive relationships with key cross-functional partners across a highly matrixed organization including Promotions teams, CRM, Project Management, Creative, and Channel Owners (Email, Mobile, etc.)  


  • 5+ years of marketing experience: agency, retail, or beauty industry. Digital marketing experience preferred  

  • High attention to detail in managing a range of projects, people, and initiatives simultaneously 

  • Expert multi-tasking abilities and dealing with ambiguity 

  • Passion for creative strategy, creative development, and campaign execution  

  • Outstanding interpersonal skills: the ability to develop and maintain relationships with business partners at all levels across a variety of functions  

  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, omni-retail environment
