RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle customer orders and phone calls; assisting outside salesmen; act as a liaison with shipping department and back order management.
- Provides timely and accurate information to incoming customer order status and product knowledge requests.
- Enters sales orders and applicable production data.
- Confirms processing costs and processing orders.
- Tracks and expedites sales and processing orders as required.
- Dispatches customer orders when ready; locates trucks, ships and tracks customer orders
