Job Description

Key Responsibilities/Essential Functions
  • Accountable for driving the IT Compliance strategy to provide demonstrable assurance that adequate ITGCs & security controls are operating effectively.
  • Responsible for facilitating the Qrtly/Semi-Annual/Annual IT General Controls as defined in Lantheus’ SOX controls.
  • Coordinate the facilitation of the IT budget, including quarterly budget vs. actual analysis, planning, and ad-hoc reporting.
  • Manage the overall relationship with Gartner to ensure we receive defined value-added services.
  • Oversee IT financial management and management of purchase order requisition and monthly accrual process.
  • Manage and approve software and hardware requests. Work with suppliers and Astadia to manage and procure hardware as necessary.
  • Actively promotes safety rules and awareness and continually demonstrate good safety practices, including the appropriate use of protective equipment.
  • Actively demonstrates the Lantheus values of accountability, quality, customer service, efficiency, collaboration, and safety.
Basic Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree, preferably in Finance or Information Technology / Computer Science, with 7+ years of progressive experience in analytical roles of increasing responsibility, or equivalent
  • Experience in ITGC and SOX controls a must.
  • Experience in the life science industry preferred.
  • Experience in the following areas is an: ERP Systems, Computer System Validation, and IT Change Controls.
  • Managing budgeting, forecasting, and planning cycle across multiple IT groups is a plus.
  • Ability to identify gaps between where we are and where we need to be.
  • Strong collaboration and communications skills with the ability to work in a team dynamic across multiple functional organizations.
  • Demonstrated analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Creative, original thinker, not constrained by status quo, and shows initiative with conceptual intelligence.
Other Requirements
  • Knowledge of O365, SAP, Planful, AuditBoard
  • Non-routine overnight travel based on business need
  • Process Improvement Implementation
