Must Haves:
  • 1-2+ years administrative experience 
Preferred:
  • HR experience
  • Onboarding experience 
  • Healthcare experience

Job Summary/Description:
  • Support HR team, hiring managers, colleagues and administration
  • Work closely with Business Partners and Recruiters on staffing, onboarding, compliance and other HR projects
  • Prepare and review pre-employment paperwork and conduct background checks and employee eligibility verifications
  • Front desk coverage including answer emails and phone calls and handle filing
  • Other HR and administrative duties as necessary ?
