Contract

Pay Range: $50 - 60

Must Haves
:
Bachelor’s degree and/or 7+ years of experience in HR
HRIS systems experience
MS Office

Preferred:
**Experience with Workday

Job Summary/Description:
Supports HR Operations by performing generalist duties in the following areas: HR administration, Benefits, Leaves, HRIS/Workday support, recognition, compliance and HR reporting, HR query responses/management and HR projects support. This position handles details of a highly confidential and critical nature.

Responsibilities may include:
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires including data entry and orientation sessions
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries providing guidance and support as needed
  • Administer employee benefit programs including health insurance and voluntary benefits
  • Manage employee leave and job accommodation requests,
  • Ensure compliance with leave policies and regulations, accurately tracking leave balances and maintaining records
  • Coordinate open enrollment periods, communicate benefit options to employees and assist with benefits-related inquiries
  • Maintain accurate employee records and enter one-time payments in Workday, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality
  • Generate reports and analytics from Workday  to support HR initiatives and decision-making
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the HR team and organization


Education, Experience, Knowledges, Skills, and Abilities: 
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field with minimum of 7 years experience in HR operations, benefits administration, and LOA management preferably in a fast-paced environment (an equivalent combination of experience and education may be considered)
  • Strong knowledge of HRIS platforms, benefits systems, with some configuration experience, preferably with Workday as well as relevant regulations (e.g., FMLA, ADA, ACA,)
  • Detail oriented, analytical mindset with commitment to accuracy and compliance.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to write clear and concise communications
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and HRIS - including ability to work with data and build slides, graphs, charts, etc. Proven track record of independently managing multiple priorities and delivering results in a deadline driven environment
