HR Admin

25- 30/hr. 


Must Have:

Strong administrative/HR skills 1-2 plus years

flexibility in handling multiple changing priorities at once

MS Office

Bilingual Spanish/English a plus.

  • Phone screens using provided templates 

  • Data Entry

  • Filing

  • Running CORI Checks


This person has to 

  • have a strong attention to detail

  • be in office Tuesday-Thursday from 9a-5pm- no hybrid hours at all

  • Demonstrated experience as a strong admin

  • Demonstrated professionalism

  • Able to work independently- and know when to ask questions

  • Be extremely confident.

  • strong computer skills- Google, Microsoft suite as a min.
