Job Description

Our client is a forward-thinking organization seeking an experienced and results-driven Epicor Kinetic ERP Specialist to lead the implementation of Kinetic Cloud across multiple sites. As a key member of their technology team, you will play a crucial role in driving successful ERP implementations, ensuring seamless integration, and providing expert support.
Responsibilities:
  1. Epicor Kinetic Cloud Implementation:
    • Lead the end-to-end implementation of Epicor Kinetic Cloud across multiple sites, ensuring successful deployment and alignment with organizational goals.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables.
  1. SQL and Data Migration:
    • Utilize SQL expertise to manage data migration processes, ensuring accurate and efficient transfer of data to the Kinetic Cloud environment.
    • Develop and execute data migration plans, including validation and reconciliation processes.
  1. BAQ's (Business Activity Queries) and Dashboards:
    • Design and implement BAQ's and dashboards to meet business reporting and analysis requirements.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights through the Kinetic ERP system.
  1. SSRS Reporting:
    • Develop and customize SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) reports to meet end-user and management reporting requirements.
    • Ensure the accuracy and relevance of reports, and provide training on report utilization.
  1. End User Training and Support:
    • Conduct comprehensive end-user training sessions to ensure proficiency in using Epicor Kinetic Cloud.
    • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting, addressing user inquiries and optimizing system utilization.
  1. Quality Assurance:
    • Implement and enforce quality assurance processes to ensure the reliability and accuracy of data within the Kinetic Cloud environment.
    • Conduct regular system audits to identify and resolve potential issues.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an Epicor Kinetic ERP Specialist, with a focus on cloud implementations.
  • Strong expertise in SQL, data migration, BAQ's, Dashboards, and SSRS reporting.
  • Previous experience leading ERP implementations across multiple sites.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and support end-users effectively.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • Certification in Epicor Kinetic or relevant ERP systems is highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
