Epicor Support Analyst
Our client is a dynamic organization in need of a talented Epicor Support Analyst to join their team. They are a manufacturing company committed to delivering excellence in their industry.   1. Technical Support:
    • Provide day-to-day technical support to end-users, addressing inquiries, and troubleshooting system issues related to the Epicor ERP platform.
    • Collaborate with users to understand and resolve issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations.
  1. Implementation Assistance:
    • Support the implementation of various ERP modules, focusing on areas such as purchasing, MRP (Materials Requirement Planning), and Scheduling.
    • Work closely with project teams to configure, test, and deploy solutions that align with business requirements.
  1. User Training:
    • Assist in the development and delivery of user training programs to enhance end-users' proficiency in utilizing Epicor ERP functionalities.
    • Create and maintain documentation to support end-users in performing their day-to-day tasks effectively.
  1. System Enhancement:
    • Collaborate with the IT team and key stakeholders to identify opportunities for system enhancements and optimizations.
    • Participate in the testing and implementation of system upgrades and patches.
  1. Continuous Improvement:
    • Proactively identify recurring issues and implement solutions to prevent future occurrences.
    • Stay abreast of industry best practices and recommend improvements to optimize system performance.
  • Proven experience providing technical support for Epicor ERP or a similar ERP system.
  • Familiarity with purchasing processes, MRP, and Scheduling modules within an ERP system.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with end-users and cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality support.
