Epicor ERP Analyst
Our client, a leading manufacturing company in the aerospace and defense sectors, is seeking a skilled and experienced Epicor ERP Analyst to lead their Kinetic implementation. As a company committed to innovation and excellence, they are looking for a dynamic individual to play a pivotal role in optimizing their ERP system to meet the unique demands of our industry.
Responsibilities:
  1. Kinetic Implementation Leadership:
    • Lead the end-to-end implementation of Epicor Kinetic for our manufacturing operations in the aerospace and defense sectors.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective ERP solutions.
  1. Technical Expertise:
    • Utilize expertise in BAQs, BPMs, SQL, and SSRS reporting to design and implement efficient business processes.
    • Drive data extraction strategies to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  1. Integration and Innovation:
    • Work on integration projects, with a focus on connecting ERP systems with other tools and technologies.
    • Leverage experience with C# and CADLink to enhance system functionality and efficiency.
  1. Quality Assurance and Troubleshooting:
    • Conduct thorough testing of ERP configurations and developments to ensure quality and reliability.
    • Provide ongoing support for end-users, troubleshooting issues and optimizing system performance.
  1. Training and Documentation:
    • Develop training materials and conduct sessions to ensure end-users are proficient in utilizing the ERP system.
    • Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, processes, and customizations.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience leading ERP implementations, particularly with Epicor Kinetic.
  • Proficiency in BAQs, BPMs, SQL, SSRS reporting, and data extraction techniques.
  • Experience with C# and CADLink is highly desired.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex business processes.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Prior experience in the aerospace and defense sectors is a plus.
Travel Requirements:
  • Travel required for Go Live and Post Go Live phases, and subsequently on a quarterly basis for onsite support and updates.
