Epicor Administrator
Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Epicor Administrator to join their dynamic IT team. As a key player, you will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and optimization of the Epicor ERP system, ensuring its seamless integration with our manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities:
  1. Epicor System Administration:
    • Serve as the primary administrator for the Epicor ERP system, overseeing day-to-day operations, configurations, and user access.
    • Implement system updates, patches, and enhancements in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
  1. User Support:
    • Provide technical support to end-users, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a positive user experience.
    • Conduct training sessions to enhance user proficiency and utilization of Epicor functionalities.
  1. System Optimization:
    • Proactively identify areas for system optimization and efficiency gains.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements and improvements.
  1. Security and Access Control:
    • Manage user roles and permissions, ensuring data security and access control in alignment with company policies.
    • Conduct regular security audits and implement necessary measures.
  1. Data Management:
    • Monitor and maintain data integrity within the Epicor system, conducting regular audits to identify and rectify discrepancies.
    • Oversee data backup and recovery processes.
  1. Integration and Customization:
    • Collaborate with IT teams to integrate Epicor with other business systems and applications.
    • Manage and execute customization projects to tailor the system to business requirements.
  1. Reporting and Analytics:
    • Develop and customize reports using Epicor tools to meet business reporting requirements.
    • Provide support for end-users in generating and interpreting reports.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an Epicor Administrator, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of Epicor ERP system administration, configurations, and security management.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Epicor customization and report generation.
