JOB DESCRIPTION:
This position provides leadership in identifying, prospecting and developing pursuit opportunities with large, multi-site client prospects in the U.S. The position will be focused on positioning client’s Plant & Facilities Services Group with clients who require significant craft headcount supporting maintenance or construction management services. The Enterprise Sales role will be responsible for developing and driving pursuit strategies that include a holistic approach to penetrating clients at all levels of the organization.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Identify and qualify key account pursuits aligned with the overall business line strategic plan.
  • Lead the development and implementation of new business development strategies, building of capability, or positioning to capitalize on changes in market conditions
  • Perseverance and patience and drive to bring long-lead opportunities to a successful close.
  • Organize and prioritize a variety of complex pursuits and multiple tasks in an effective and timely manner, set priorities, and meet critical time deadlines
  • Develop and implement a strong “Strategy-To-Win” (STW) in coordination with the pursuit team to drive alignment and increase close ratio.
  • Manage key account pursuits and the implementation of the account management process across various industries.
  • ?Analyze client situations, identify and forecast pertinent problems and evaluate realistic options; and recommend/implement appropriate course of action
  • Develop and maintain key account plans and update as necessary to refine pursuit strategy.
  • Lead Account Management review process and document the plan in CTW in coordination with the Sales Coordinator to document in CTW
  • Monitor data quality and timeliness of information in Connect to Win (CTW)
  • Actively promote cross-group interface support and positioning – “One client”
  • Maintain adherence to Business Development Group direction and client approval matrix and Business Unit approval matrix
  • Consult and align with client Corporate functions such as treasury, tax, legal, and risk throughout the sales pursuit
  • Responsible for providing continuous updates to Group leadership on account activities and needs
  • Organize and prioritize a variety of complex projects and multiple tasks in an effective and timely manner, set priorities, and meet critical time deadlines
