Eclipse ERP Analyst
Our client, a leading distribution company, is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Eclipse ERP Analyst to support and optimize their Eclipse ERP environment. As a vital member of our team, you will leverage your expertise in Eclipse implementation and support, particularly in accounting systems, to enhance efficiency and accuracy in our financial processes.
Responsibilities:
  1. Eclipse ERP Support:
    • Provide day-to-day support for the Eclipse ERP environment, addressing user inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring system reliability.
    • Collaborate with end-users to understand their needs and optimize Eclipse functionality.
  1. Implementation and Optimization:
    • Utilize your experience to implement and optimize Eclipse ERP, with a focus on accounting systems, including credit & collections, cash receipts, accounts payable, and general ledger.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align Eclipse with business requirements.
  1. Process and Procedure Development:
    • Develop and implement processes and procedures in accounting areas, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
    • Streamline workflows to enhance accuracy and efficiency in financial operations.
  1. Data Integrity:
    • Monitor and maintain data integrity within the Eclipse ERP system, conducting regular audits to identify and rectify discrepancies.
    • Implement and enforce data quality standards.
  1. Training and Documentation:
    • Provide training to end-users on Eclipse ERP functionalities, especially in accounting modules.
    • Create and maintain documentation for processes, procedures, and system configurations.
  1. Collaboration with Accounting Teams:
    • Work closely with accounting teams to understand their requirements and challenges.
    • Implement solutions that enhance financial processes and reporting.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in supporting and implementing Eclipse ERP, with a strong focus on accounting systems.
  • In-depth knowledge of Eclipse accounting modules, including credit & collections, cash receipts, accounts payable, and general ledger.
  • Ability to develop and implement processes and procedures in accounting areas.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Previous experience supporting and implementing Eclipse ERP is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
