Job Summary/Description:

As a Manager in EDI, you will assist and support the Senior Manager in 
managing, planning, and guiding the daily activities of the EDI department. You’ll contribute to 
our fast-paced, collaborative environment and will bring your expertise to ensure timely claim 
submission; monitoring and retrieval of 835, and placement of reports.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent interpersonal communication, 
and a desire to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
? Ensure appropriate training for new hires
? Analyze current workflow to make recommendations for process improvement
? Manage staff workload and productivity

Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each Key Responsibility 
satisfactorily. The following requirements are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or 
ability required to perform this job successfully. Reasonable accommodation may be made to

Required:
? Two to three years related experience with prior supervisory and EDI experience
? Knowledge in electronic file processing
? Ability to track and resolve EDI production system problems
? Proficiency with MS 365 including Teams, Word, Excel, and Outlook
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred:
? Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a healthcare setting
