Digital Campaign Specialist
Project start date: Oct 2, 2023
Project duration: 4 weeks to start, can go up to 12 weeks
Work schedule: 25 hours/week, M-F 12 pm CT to 5 pm CT
The Digital Campaign Specialist is responsible for building digital advertising proposals/media plans, and providing support to our clients and our production teams including setting up, administering of campaigns, handling new advertisers and new technologies, creating reports, and troubleshooting issues.

This position will manage all order entry tickets via Helpdesk system and/or email, and set up / manage campaigns as per all campaign requirements. You will provide assistance in the monitoring of Service Level Agreements (SLA) and team quality and mentor more junior members.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Google Ads Campaign Setup & Optimization, Media Planning, reporting, etc.
  • Effective end to end campaign KPI management by staying on budget, appropriately estimating monthly costs, and  reconciling any discrepancies that may arise.
  • Attention to detail
  • Experience running Search, Shopping, Discovery & action based YouTube campaigns
  • Able to provide written commentary within reports that clearly articulates and explains what and why it happened and how any changes/optimizations in terms of performance
  • Able to conduct research and present the findings coherently
  • Able to articulate in terms of what optimizations may be needed to improve the performance of accounts, campaigns, and creatives
  • Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
  • Experience with Data Studio for reporting purposes
  • Experience with activating and running campaigns in Google Ads and Bing Ads
  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and making recommendations for improvements

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support cross-functional reporting with appropriate actionable insights
  • Perform keyword research, audience research, reporting, and optimization
  • Take responsibility for key areas of paid search delivery assigned to you by members of the onshore client team
  • Support the team with the day-to-day running of paid search accounts

Minimum Requirements:
  • The ideal candidate for this role should have a deep understanding of paid search platforms, strategies, and best practices, as well as experience managing the accounts for a brand or business
  • 5 Years agency experience or 4 years in ecommerce sector
  • Strong communication skills
  • Hands on experience in setting up goals in Google Analytics
  • Hands on experience in setting up Google Merchant Center

Requirements and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree holder with 3-5 years relevant work experience
  • Experience in Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
  • Strong business, marketing & consumer understanding
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Team player and positive attitude
  • Strong sense of accountability and work ethic, keen attention to details
  • Highly analytical and data driven
