Design Studio Coordinator
Location: Culver City, CA
Onsite: Tues/Wed/Thurs
Pay: $47.10 per hour DOE
Benefits: Health, Vision, Dental, 401K

Planet Interactive is seeking a Design Studio Coordinator to join the design team of our prominent technology client on a 12-month contract.

Our client is looking for a Design Studio Coordinator who will support the day-to-day coordination between multiple team leads and their respective groups. This role is for a highly organized, pro-active, and self-motivated individual, able to manage multiple projects and timelines, and who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is exceptional at adding clarity and structure to competing needs and tasks. This role will work closely with the Content Design teams’ leadership team in a planning and organizational support capacity.

Responsibilities:
  • Daily / Weekly Priority Lists (for Content Design Leadership)
  • Outline and distribute weekly outstanding needs & goals (weekly)
  • Organize daily tasks & escalations
  • Support Resource Distribution tracking across functional teams
  • Assignment Tracking across multiple Projects and Programs, between collaborative teams
  • Internal Team Meeting Agenda tracking
  • Content Design Leads’ Calendar Coordination

Qualifications:
  • BA/BS degree
  • 5 years’ experience working in a coordination role with a high volume of projects
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate with peers, cross-functional stakeholders, and senior management
  • Ability to multi-task and execute on multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Track record of being detail-oriented, willing to wear multiple hats, identifying areas for improvement/support, and delivering results in a highly organized manner
