Job Summary/Description:
A leading medial company is looking for a strong customer service individual to join the team on a contract-to-hire basis. This role will support ticket triage and working with internal teams to assure that outstanding inquiries are resolved. The majority of these inquiries are from vendors looking for payment. Someone who can work within Excel and NetSuite to review payment and answer these questions is ideal. This individual will push any technical or more advanced inquiries from the FreshService ticketing platform to the appropriate internal stakeholder for resolution. It is the responsibility of this individual to follow up with all parties to assure the ticket is resolved and closed out.

Must Haves:
- 2+ years experience handling customer service inquiries, ideally working with vendors on payment inquiries
- Strong communication skills
- Strong basic Excel skills (sorting, filtering, etc)
Preferred:
- NetSuite or FreshService experience
- Media, entertainment of advertising experience (large company preferred)
