Location: Atlanta GA, Weston FL or Lowell MA
Pay Rate: Up to $30/hr DOE

The ideal candidate is a passionate customer advocate who works collaboratively with others to effectively manage the content planning process and ensure the creation and publication of a wide range of customer-focused information via a variety of channels. The role involves developing or updating the following: email communications, blog posts, Community posts, etc. You’ll work closely with various groups, including product, professional services, and support personnel to develop, leverage, and refine customer materials.

The role involves developing or updating the following: email communications, blog posts, Community posts, etc. You’ll work closely with various groups, including product, professional services, and support personnel to develop, leverage, and refine customer materials.
Core Responsibilities:
- Write original content and edit or update existing content to target different customer personas
- Create communications, articles, blogs, and podcasts tailored toward subjects and topics relevant and impactful to customers
- Collaborate with internal and external subject matter experts, professional services, support personnel, and customer success to produce content
- Work collaboratively with marketing programs team to leverage content assets to drive engagement through various marketing channels
- Craft critical communication messages with fast turnaround times
Requirements:
- BA/BS in marketing, English or related field required
- 2+ years of B2B/B2C customer marketing or marketing communication experience
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and set and manage expectations
- High attention to detail and focus on quality output
- Self-starter with proven ability to deliver results
- Broad technology awareness balanced with an intellectual curiosity for new concepts
- Ability to provide a strong, diverse portfolio of writing and PowerPoint samples
- Experience in using social media platforms
- Experience with Salesforce or other SaaS products
- Experience with Microsoft Suite of products, including PowerPoint
