Job Description
Creative Operations Specialist
Location: Fully Remote
Pay Rate: Up to $29/hr depending on experience
Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision and 401K
Core Job Responsibilities:
Print (Mailers):
- Liaison between merchants, designers, writers and other internal teams for each book (i.e. missing info, SKUs, change forms, late edits past cut offs, proofing issues)
- Assist Creative Ops Lead in updating Page Count doc with last year's pagination, sharing Page Counts for merchants to input requests and sending out final Paginations to cross functional teams
- Schedule all meetings: Pre Talk Out, Talk Out, Post Talk Out, Turn-In, Editorial Session, Design Session, Styling Collab, Pre Pros, Director Reviews, VP Reviews, Proofing Reviews, Print Alignment Meetings
- Assist with sending recap notes for all meetings listed above (i.e. Pre Talk Out, Talk Out, Post Talk Out, PAMs)
- Update monday.com pulses when applicable (i.e. print board, category content board, special projects board)
- Populate Content Category Board (assign Designers, note photography needed)
Print (Special Projects for Print and In-Store):
- Schedule all kickoffs and coordinate all deliverables within each request
- Liaison between requestor and internal working teams
- Send notes from any additional re-groups or meetings
- Managing missing info, changes on milestones or updates to timing
- Updating monday.com pulses when applicable (i.e. print board, category content board, special projects board)
Skills:
- 2-4 years of experience in project management, trafficking or creative services withing a fast paced creative and production environment
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office and other relevant project tracking and planning software such as Monday.com and Workfront
- Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.
- Self-starter capable of meeting tight deadlines while managing multiple projects.
- Retail experience is a plus
- Helpful but not required - Understanding of Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Miro
