Position Overview:
The Creative Designer within the Brand Marketing team is responsible for servicing design needs of the department. This is primarily focused on Keynote development for presentations for internal and external meetings and roadshows.
Working closely with stakeholders from all levels of the organization, this position is responsible for developing creative pitch, sales, and executive materials for theatrical titles across live action and animated titles. They will have an interest in visual storytelling, driving engagement and maintaining a high level of quality with a strategic approach. This role is hands-on, and is aware of creative trends within film and marketing culture with a creative sensibility that extends across genres.
Location: Onsite Hybrid Style in Los Angeles, CA
Pay Rate: $35-$40/hr

Responsibilities:
Design, create & produce film sales materials including:
- Engaging film presentations in Keynote and PowerPoint
- Custom, film-specific pitch concepts & ideation
- Developing film narratives and story arcs for pitch material
- Ideate and execute Symphony campaigns for IP slate across company to support theatrical marketing plans and maximize the development of brand extensions.
- Guide, create and collaborate with marketing teams to ensure best-in-class storytelling through all creative executions.
- Working with marketing team, develop the creative vision, voice and strategy for pitch and presentation.
- Design support to marketing teams on marketing assets that support our fim launches and symphony activations
- Ensure exceptional creative material and quality, for internal and external use.
- Strong interest in design trends, presentation design, and pop culture.
- Strong aesthetic skills with a focus on typography, composition and layout with impeccable attention to detail
- Onsite creative and technical support for internal meetings
- Work collaboratively cross-company with the Franchise Management team, Universal Brand Development, & Games & Digital Platforms,
- Continuously push the boundaries of creativity in ideation, marketing and presentation work via storytelling to create dynamic pitch materials while upholding IP standards
- 4+ years’ experience in creative design at studio or agency within marketing
- Bachelor’s Degree in design of visual arts strongly desired OR equivalent experience
- Proficient in Keynote/PPT, Adobe Creative Cloud, and video editing
- Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines and work within a team
- Disruptive and creative storyteller with excellent presentation skills
- Must be an enthusiastic, open minded, collaborative team player
- Knowledge of AV systems and formats
