The Krueger Group is an award-winning residential and commercial construction firm that partners with our clients to define and build their vision. Because of our continued growth, we are seeking a self- starting, highly motivated Controller.
Here’s what you will do:
Effectively process bi-weekly payroll using QuickBooks.
Efficiently reconcile multiple accounts including bank and credit cards.
Manage A/P and A/R using QuickBooks.
Bookkeeping functions such as maintaining depreciation and amortization schedules and creating journal entries.
Prepare project profitability reports and POs based on budgets.
Prepare financial statements and assist with payroll tax preparation.
Here’s what you will bring:
Extensive knowledge of QuickBooks (including payroll) required.
Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
Previous experience preparing COs and POs.
Advanced Excel skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated experience in a fast paced, quality focused environment.
Construction experience preferred.
Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently.
Outgoing positive personality and a sense of humor a must.
Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
