- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
- 1-3 years’ experience within insurance administration or financial services beneficial
- Access experience

Client is seeking a Specialist to join the Control Operations team in Batesville, Indiana or Des Moines, Iowa. The team focuses on control functions for operational activities associated with client’s various blocks of business serviced through Third Party Administrators (TPAs). The candidate must be self-motivated and demonstrate a high level of analytical aptitude. This is an exciting opportunity to join a team that has more than doubled in size over the last year.
Responsibilities:
- Execute Control Reporting across Global Atlantic’s Life and Retirement businesses
- Support day to day controls of the TPAs
- Assemble weekly metrics and reports for management
- Prepare reports for external counterparties highlighting servicing quality and any known disruptions
- Successfully communicate with multiple TPAs
- Effectively support internal clients and work collaboratively with peers
- Assist in projects and ad-hoc requests
- An interest and ability to problem solve and proactively seek resolutions to issues
- Comfortable working autonomously while collaborating within a team structure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and a desire to take on multiple responsibilities
- Solid work ethic and a willingness to support the team as needed
- Ambition and desire to succeed by delivering quality and effective results with minimal guidance
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-3 years’ experience within insurance administration or financial services beneficial, however, not required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
