This person will partner with Global Compliance and US Medical Affairs teams to deliver IT enhancements and innovations for a variety of projects. This individual will support end-users within IT and applications for a variety of systems to include Veeva Medical CRM, Tableau, Power BI, ServiceNow, iPad and iPhone. Responsibilities:
- Partnering with Global Compliance and US Medical Affairs teams to deliver IT solutions and enhancements for various systems and projects.
- Supporting end-users’ systems including Veeva Vault, Tableau, Power BI, ServiceNow, iPad and iPhone.
- Performing data analytics and business analysis for various system/user needs and rolling out solutions, while ensuring a thorough understanding of these.
- Performing systems and technology maintenance to include updates and upgrades and regular systems back-ups.
- Creating deliverables required for internal QMLC regarding systems upgrades, new installations, and more.
- Managing relationships with external vendors, Compliance and US Medical Affairs stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in science or related information technical disciplines.
- 4 years IT experience, with 2 in Pharma IT, having performed IT support, operations maintenance, and delivery roles within a global environment.
- Prior history in performing business analysis to include gathering requirements, creating documentation, designing workflows, while working with users to provide solutions and training accordingly.
- Knowledge of Pharmaceutical and Biotech processes
- Veeva Medical CRM/Veeva Vault is required.
- Prior expertise performing Veeva data integrations, creating and building custom Veeva reports, and escalating service requests for Veeva.
- Prior exposure and understanding of Web Management and Analytics.
- Prior experience working with Salesforce (SFDC) Sales and Service Clouds.
