Job Summary/Description:
The primary role of our team is to provide a daily operational and documentation support related to account payables/ receivables, invoice processing, payroll etc. Key deliverables include, but not limited to, processing various time and non-time related payments and employee expense management. Accurately computing and documenting all time and labor changes. Reviewing and posting receipts, reconciliations, and journal entries.
Responsibilities:
· Managing incoming correspondences (phone, voicemail, email, etc.)
· Assist in supporting customer needs and updating records
· Process POS CC Payments and process autopay requests
· Assist with delivering monthly price increases
· Assist in the setup of processes and procedures that properly capture, track and report revenue and expense items, in accordance with the company policies.
· Works independently
· Experience in NetSuite, SalesForce and Microsoft products a plus
Qualifications and Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree.
· Minimum of 2 years of related experience.
· Follows standard practices and procedures and applies basic theories, concepts, principles and methodologies in analyzing situations or data.
