Epicor Support Analyst
Our client is embarking on an exciting upgrade project from Epicor E10 to Kinetic and are seeking a dedicated Epicor Support Analyst to join their team. As a key member of their ERP project team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the upgrade process and ensuring the continued stability and optimization of their Epicor ERP environment.
Responsibilities:
  1. Upgrade Project Support:
    • Collaborate with the ERP project team to support the upgrade from Epicor E10 to Kinetic, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption to business operations.
    • Assist in system testing, validation, and troubleshooting during the upgrade process.
  1. ERP Environment Support:
    • Provide day-to-day support for the Epicor ERP environment, addressing user inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving system-related problems.
    • Monitor system performance and stability, proactively identifying and resolving issues to minimize downtime.
  1. User Training and Documentation:
    • Conduct training sessions for end-users on new features and functionalities introduced with the Kinetic upgrade.
    • Create and maintain system documentation, including user manuals and training materials.
  1. Customization and Configuration:
    • Assist in the customization and configuration of the Epicor Kinetic system to meet business requirements.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand customization needs and implement tailored solutions.
  1. Data Management and Reporting:
    • Manage data integrity within the Epicor ERP environment, ensuring accurate and reliable data.
    • Generate and customize reports using Epicor tools to meet end-user and management reporting requirements.
  1. Continuous Improvement:
    • Identify opportunities for system optimization and process improvements, recommending and implementing enhancements as needed.
    • Stay abreast of new Epicor features and functionalities, providing recommendations for their adoption and utilization.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in supporting Epicor ERP systems, with exposure to upgrade projects preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Epicor E10 and/or Kinetic functionality and modules.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • Certification in Epicor ERP or relevant systems is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
