Agency Solutions Manager

Pay Rate: Up to $80/hour depending on experience
Location: 100% Remote, but must be local to NYC
Duration: 6 Months with potential to extend

Our well-known Technology client is looking for an Agency Solutions Manager to join their agency partnership team for a 6 month, 40 hour a week contract that has the potential to extend. The Agency Solutions Manager will have experience working in media agencies or in the performance marketing space.

The Agency Solutions Manager will build and manage key business relationships, be a platform and product expert, and become a go to person in media planning, strategy, optimization and measurement. This role will work directly with top agency holding groups and will help solve complex problems.
 

Agency Solutions Manager Responsibilities: 
  • Identify, create, and implement marketing/ media solutions grounded on achieving measurable business results for external partners.
  • Serve as the external product consultant and develop the learning agenda on how best to use the product solutions and best practices.
  • Be the platform and product expert to become the go to person in media planning, strategy, optimization and measurement to assigned clients.
  • Develop and manage scaled education initiatives across the agency groups and track the progress.
  • In conjunction with the assigned Agency Partners, develop a path for product adoption and overall sophistication through the deep knowledge of the clients business drivers and how the platform will be used to sustain their competitive advantage.
  • Support the business growth strategy through education, data analysis and excellent execution in agency, as well as identification of areas of opportunity.
  • Drive accountability amongst the group by setting product adoption KPIs, track the performance, and take actions if missing the benchmark.
  • Monitor campaigns and bring cross-functional teams. (product, measurement, marketing and engineering) to the conversation to make sure the clients are implementing best-practices.

Agency Solutions Manager Qualifications:
  • BA/BS degree in a technical or marketing field
  • Experience working in media agency and/or in performance marketing is key.
  • Strong communication and executive level presentation skills.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Ability to conduct scaled and 1:1 trainings with media planners to keep them abreast of updates.
  • Ability to manage and analyze campaign performance to recommend optimized solutions specific to each clients goals, metrics, and objectives.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining strict attention to details.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams with the ability to influence C-level executives.
