• Deliver exceptional service and value to both internal and external customers.
• Develop expertise across all service offerings and collaborate with technical and operations teams to deliver high-impact solutions.
• Drive strategic business development efforts through referrals, networking, industry events, and trade shows.
• Prospect and engage new organizations that align with target customer profiles.
• Stay current on industry trends and regulatory developments, including RCRA, OSHA, and environmental compliance requirements, to provide informed and strategic guidance.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers across Life Sciences, Industrial Manufacturing, Higher Education, Healthcare, and other target industries.
• Utilize CRM tools to effectively manage sales pipelines, monitor opportunities, and maintain accurate forecasting and accountability.
• Maintain a high level of sales activity and business development efforts within an assigned territory.
• Travel regionally up to 40% of the time to meet with clients, attend conferences, and strengthen market presence. Overnight travel may be required.

• Bachelor's degree
• 7-10+ years of proven consultative sales success, preferably within environmental services, industrial services, compliance solutions, or a related industry.
• Experience utilizing a consultative sales methodology to identify customer needs and develop tailored solutions.
• Knowledge of environmental regulations and compliance requirements, or a strong desire to develop subject matter expertise in this area.
• Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong sense of urgency, ownership, and accountability.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Authorization to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements.
