Rate - 80-90/hour W2 - some flex for right candidate

Are you a strategic leader passionate about transforming the future of data-driven innovation? We're seeking a dynamic Director to spearhead our enterprise-wide initiatives in data, analytics, automation, and artificial intelligence during a pivotal period of growth. This role offers the opportunity to shape scalable data foundations, enable self-service insights, and deliver cutting-edge AI solutions that drive measurable business impact in the fast-evolving pharmaceutical industry.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 12+ years of leadership experience in data, analytics, or AI/automation domains
- Hands-on expertise with modern data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, and Informatica
- Strong background in BI tools including Power BI and ThoughtSpot
- Proven success in enterprise data transformation, governance, and compliance with regulatory standards
- Experience with AI/ML platforms and Generative AI applications
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and project delivery skills
Nice to Have Skills:
- Familiarity with life sciences or other regulated industries
- Experience with AI/GenAI use cases and automation tools like Power Automate, UiPath, and Blue Prism
- Knowledge of cloud services such as Azure ML, AWS SageMaker, and Google Vertex AI
- Familiarity with tools like ServiceNow, Celonis, and Signavio for process mining and operational automation
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Demonstrated success in leading enterprise data and AI initiatives, ideally within regulated environments
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work onsite in Bedford, MA three days a week
- Willingness to adapt to evolving project needs and collaborate across diverse teams
- Certifications in data, AI, or automation technologies are a plus
