Pay rate: 83-87/hr


Responsibilities:
  • Executes device reimaging, enrollment, and deployment to GCC High-compliant configurations.
  • Provides onsite support to minimize disruption and ensure secure user access during migration waves.
  • Tech Skills & Platforms: Windows imaging, Intune enrollment, Endpoint Manager, Hardware support,
  • Field deployment Rationale: Needed for on-site, hands-on PC reimaging for users moving to GCCH who cannot rely on AVD.
  • The exact number depends heavily on how geographically dispersed the physical offices are and what percentage of the 1,657 employees require a hard wipe-and-reload.
 
  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field required. Alternatively, candidates with at least 10 years of relevant desktop administration experience and Microsoft certifications will also be considered.
  • Ability to work with sensitive data, which requires them to be a US Citizen.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Windows imaging, field deployment, and enterprise hardware support.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Endpoint Manager and Intune device enrollment.
  • Proven ability to manage and execute high-volume hardware refresh or reimaging projects.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to assist users face-to-face and resolve technical issues quickly to minimize downtime.
  • Willingness and ability to work on-site with geographically dispersed teams as required by migration schedules.
