Senior NetSuite Functional Consultant, Manufacturing & Wholesale Distribution Implementations

Our client, a recognized leader in IT Services and Consulting, is seeking a Senior NetSuite Functional Consultant to drive high-impact implementations for sophisticated clients looking to optimize operations, scale intelligently, and unlock greater value from NetSuite.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Leading full lifecycle NetSuite implementations from discovery through go-live and optimization
- Driving requirements workshops and translating business needs into scalable solutions
- Configuring NetSuite across Financials, Inventory, Manufacturing, P2P, and O2C processes
- Managing functional workstreams across multiple concurrent implementation projects
- Partnering with project leadership to support scope, timelines, deliverables, and change control
- Guiding data migration strategy including mapping, validation, and testing activities
- Facilitating user acceptance testing, go-live readiness, and post deployment support
- Delivering client training, process walkthroughs, and knowledge transfer sessions
- Collaborating with technical teams on integrations, customizations, and solution enhancements
- Advising clients on best practices across manufacturing, warehouse, and distribution operations
- Identifying risks proactively and recommending practical, business-focused solutions
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of NetSuite implementation consulting experience
- Strong functional configuration expertise across Manufacturing and Wholesale Distribution
- Deep knowledge of ERP business processes including R2R, P2P, O2C, Inventory, and Manufacturing
- Experience leading discovery workshops, requirements gathering, and solution design sessions
- Proven ownership of solution design documentation, UAT, and go-live execution
- Experience supporting data migration strategy and validation efforts
- Strong consulting presence and stakeholder management skills
- NetSuite SuiteFoundation certification required, with additional NetSuite certifications preferred
- Up to 20% travel based on client and project needs
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship
Nice to Have:
- Experience with NetSuite WMS, Demand Planning, or Advanced Manufacturing
- Multi-location or multi-subsidiary implementation experience
- Exposure to integration platforms such as Celigo or Boomi
- Experience mentoring junior consultants or leading project teams
- PMP or related project certification
- Consulting background supporting supply chain intensive organizations
