Overview
We're partnering with a consulting-focused organization seeking a Senior NetSuite Functional Consultant with strong experience in the hospitality industry. This role will focus on post-implementation optimization, system enhancements, and driving better business outcomes through improved NetSuite utilization.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a hands-on leadership role--someone who can step in quickly, assess current processes, and make meaningful improvements while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
What You'll Do
- Act as the functional lead for NetSuite initiatives across Finance, Operations, and IT
- Evaluate current system usage and identify opportunities for optimization
- Lead process improvements across key business workflows, including Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C)
- Translate business needs into scalable NetSuite solutions and configurations
- Design and enhance reports, dashboards, and saved searches
- Provide hands-on support for system enhancements, troubleshooting, and user adoption
- Partner with technical teams and external vendors on integrations and data flow improvements
- Promote best practices and help build internal knowledge for long-term success
- Support integrations with middleware tools such as Celigo, Boomi, and Avalara
What You Bring
- 5+ years of NetSuite consulting experience with a strong functional background
- Proven track record in NetSuite implementations or post-go-live optimization
- Deep understanding of P2P and O2C processes
- Experience in hospitality environments (e.g., multi-location operations, restaurants, hotels)
- Strong knowledge of NetSuite financials, workflows, and reporting
- Experience working with integrations and middleware platforms
- Ability to gather requirements and translate them into actionable solutions
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced setting
Nice to Have
- Experience with multi-entity or multi-location environments
- Familiarity with revenue recognition, inventory, or POS integrations
- NetSuite certifications
- Experience training users and enabling internal teams
