Job Description

A EHS and Lean Manager responsible for developing and implementing EHS programs, ensuring compliance with regulations, conducting risk assessments, and fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement. Additionally, integrating lean principles to optimize processes and eliminate waste, enhancing overall operational efficiency. 

Required: 

  • Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is required. Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Certification: Six Sigma Black Belt preferred and Certified Safety Professional (CSP) preferred.
  • Experience: 5 plus years of experience.  
  • Technical Skills: Advanced Microsoft Office skills; Dynamics FO ERP.
Responsibilities:
  • Risk Assessment and Management: Identifying potential hazards, conducting risk assessments, and implementing controls to mitigate risks.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring the organization adheres to all applicable environmental, health, and safety regulations.
  • Training and Development: Developing and delivering EHS training programs for employees at all levels.
  • Lean Implementation: Integrating lean principles to improve processes, reduce waste, and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Continuous Improvement: Promoting a culture of continuous improvement in both EHS and lean initiatives.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Facilitating communication between team members, stakeholders, and other departments. 
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Collecting and analyzing EHS data to identify trends, measure performance, and report on key metrics.
Salary: $110K - $115K DOE
